so, im with a group of people (like 200+) doing a certain method I cant share. but if I were to get sent a bill under a fake name is there anything the company can do if I were to just throw out the bill and claim the person doesn't live here?

You may need to provide evidence that the (fake) person they're looking for was, at one point, a resident at the address.

Once that's been established and they're told he/she has moved, you're In the clear. Debt collectors cannot collect payment from you on someone else's debt.
