@mothered  Tagging you because you're very knowledgeable, do you have any advice or tips when using the DNA method? Would very much appreciate it.

It all depends on the carrier, where the package Is delivered, and whether authorization Is required on receipt of goods.

First and foremost, don't get your neighbor(s) Involved. It complicates the SE, which Is not good practice. If a signature Is required, do remember that a package that's delivered Is not the same as personally receiving It.  As far as you're concerned, It wasn't you who accepted and signed for It.
