They persist on getting this form filled out by the post office, I genuinely can't figure out how to get that form filled out, and checking royal mail websites, it literally says the store should be investigating or something.
I just don't know what to do without manipulating the PO myself.

We are unable to make contact with mailing companies, it seems like the form was sent to you by another of our associates so you need to fill it out and email it to us so we can refund or reship!

I'm not sure how I'd get the post office to out-right admit they didn't deliver it, when obviously they did. It was a long time ago too so I have no idea what happened at the door. Normally the business does this, and you just manipulate them into manipulating royal mail, but they're asking for the post office not royal mail.

There's a big difference between a package successfully "delivered", to one that "wasn't personally received"- you're claiming the latter.

Comply with GFuel's request and contact the post office, get the relevant Information and forward It to GFuel.
