Just to make yous aware.

Game.co.uk is now banning people. I only made two claims on my real account in which one was geuinine. The second time was for game plus season pass. Season pass got delivered instantly and I stupidly redeemed it but claimed that the game didn't arrive.

They don't tell you that you are banned however I couldn't place an order and said "fraud error". contacted them and they told me management has decided to stop doing business with you.

This was my real account but they have now added tracking in most of their orders. Gutted that my main account got banned I wasn't even raping them aswell
Got a permanent ban at GAME.co.uk but can still purchase from the store

It might be because the season pass is a digital product? In most companies once they release a code to you it's not their responsibility to refund you.

On the above grounds, most companies would do the same.

I would be surprised if retailers aren't checking the keys they send. After all, anyone can say their key didn't work.

Ahh yes Thing was i never claimed that the keys didn't work. I was claiming that the game never arrived. I purchased a physical game which came with the season pass that arrived digitally.

So I redeemed the code in which I never claimed that it didnt arrive I acknowledged to them that the code arrived.

However it was the physical game that I claimed that didnt arrive. I told them I recieved my key but the actual game didnt arrive through the post in which it was sent by royal mail 24 with no tracking. In which they refunded me the full amount simply because the physical game didnt arrive so I don't understand it

Royal Mail 24 isn't tracked but you do get a delivery confirmation from it.

Its a shame if Game are using RM24 as it will make it harder to claim.
