Today I am here to release a FREE skype resolver API to everyone! As you may have heard, I have recently released a Reverse Skype Resolver, where you put in an IP and we will try to match it to a skype name, but we need a larger database than the already 100K user size. Go ahead and release this skype api to EVERYONE you know, use it, and share it.

I knew of this before but then it had an error for the longest time. Never knew it came back. Thanks for sharing! I'll probably use this in a program.

I was on my VPN, now that I have disconnected it works, so I think it does not work for Russians?

That would be an odd error. Cloudflare might have blocked your IP country.
