I remember looking in to different frameworks a few years back and didn't see anything all too exciting. Does anyone currently use a framework? Does anyone know of any notable frameworks that aren't full of bloat?

Zend is pretty nice, because you don't have to use the whole framework. You can take out the parts you want and use it. Personally, I'm not a big fan of frameworks, because I have a crap load of libraries I've written over the years. I'm guessing you're the same way and if that's the case you're probably better off still using them.
