Over the five chapters, it highlights the many ethical concerns of for-profit prisons and the challenges/issues prison guards and management face regularly. It's a really long article and there isn't really a TL;DR. It's a great read, although you can watch the videos.

What a joke starting off at $9 an hour. I get almost triple that amount for a brain-dead job at a supermarket. Interesting video though, I Intend watching the other parts when time permits.
