Found a Logitech G413 box #1
I was taking out the trash, and I found a fresh-looking Logitech G413 keyboard box in the recycling bin.

I picked it up and noticed it still had a sticker with a serial number. Took it home with me.

If I register it and  start an RMA, I know I'll need to come up with a Proof of Purchase.

- Is the serial on the box same as on the back of the keyboard?
- What kind of product photos do they ask for?

If they approve the RMA, I'm guessing I can take the empty box, add some weight, and try to box them.

I don't really care about they keyboard, but I thought it might be good practice to give it a try.

Do note that Logitech have tightened their claims management, so be prepared for the unexpected.

Unless I research your Item, I can't say for sure.

I do know that the serial number on most Logitech products, does not match the one on the box/packaging.

The serial number on the box for sure does not match the serial on the item. The serial on box usually ends in 9. The one on the product ends in 8. You need the serial from the product.

If you just want to give SEing Logitech a try, buy a serial number from a reputable seller. They are usually around a dollar or two.

Ah thanks, I searched for a picture of the keyboard's back side, and the S/N looked like it was the same format as what I had on the box. But it makes sense that it's not the same on the box and product.

They keyboard is around 1kg and the box is quite small, replacing the weight with something plausible might be a bit tricky.

I could order the keyboard from a shop and take all the tagged product photos/videos I need, start an RMA, then return it to the shop.

Some quick research, indicates that they don't usually ask for Proof of Destruction for these mechanical keyboards. There were a lot of people complaining about Logitech asking for PODs on reddit, none of them mentioned a keyboard.
