Hi all.

Planning on doing flannels se using PayPal.

Total cost is just under £1000.

Plan is to do SNAD (I’ve been reading up on it) and also perhaps just ‘sending back’ the items, then showing PP proof of postage and it being delivered.

Any help, advise etc appreciated.

If you're planning to SE the lot, the DNA Is the best option directly through Flannels and not PayPal.

So PayPal SNAD only works if I plan to SE one single item ?

My point Is, SNAD Is equivalent to the wrong Item received method and given Flannels has CCTV cameras, they'll check the footage and deem the Item was packed correctly.

I was looking to dna flannels. The only problem would be that it would be a fresh account. the price would be £700 and I live in the UK. Would you still recommend flannels or should I look for another designer store?

Your best bet would be to attempt to refund them directly and use PayPal as a backup route should it fail.

I've heard of Flannels consistently denying SNAD PayPal claims so definitely have an understanding of what you want to do. Another approach is Flannels returns, which I believe are Royal Mail.

Also just be aware Flannels is owned by Sports Direct (aka Frasers Group).

Find out the type of verification required on delivery, and If they're responsible for loss of goods In transit.
