Most people have noticed that Skype is awfully unstable on Ubuntu and Ubuntu based operatingsystems. The issue is that the audioserver, Pulseaudio, which Ubuntu uses isn't working very well with Skype and causes crashes sometimes.

It's quite easy to fix this issue, simply open a new Terminal window and run this command:

sudo apt-get autoremove pulseaudio

Now reboot your PC, and your done. Skype should be alot more stable now and there should be no random crashes.

This is the epitome of why I'm cautious to install a flavour of linux, I don't want to run a bunch of odd fixes to make my shit work.

Everything just runs on windows.

Ahm, it's not hard, and Windows causes more trouble than Linux based operatingsystems often atleast in my POV.
