hi, this is my first time doing a refund (amazon.de to italy on a fresh account (750 euro, gpu, monitor)) and im worried to lose the money even relying on professionals.
should i be spending the amount of money  that i can throw away or im being paranoid?

It won’t work spending that much of a fresh account new order. You’ve got to build your account up otherwise it looks suspicious

my aged amazon.it account could work even if doesnt show any order on amazon.de?, or it's better buy 3 things in 2 weeks and than refund both gpu and monitor?

If you're concerned about declined claims right from the get-go, you shouldn't be social engineering.

To build confidence, I suggest performing a few SEs with very low value Items against companies that're vulnerable to methods that have a proven track record of success.
