So, I have an account that's several years old with no issues or flags, and I recently placed an order for a new cpu and gpu along with some minor items. The order says it will need to be signed or OTP with the delivery person. I wanted to see if I could possibly pull off getting my money back on both. I was also thinking of switching them out with another gpu and cpu and returning it. Any advice on if and how I should approach this would be greatly appreciated.
