First off, Thanks to all of the people who helped answer my questions on this form it means a lot. I refunded a Xbox headset which I got for a friend since there headset broke. It was a easy refund, It took me 1 contact.

Also I have a question about another refund and don't want to spam the forum so I'm just going to post it here. I asked for a refund on a Xbox Wireless Controller. They opened a investigation and I got this email: https://imgur.com/a/RcL39dv so my question is what does this mean and what did I need to do to get my refund?

The second email means that account is finished, try again with that account and they'll ban you.

Not at all.

It's simply an automated courtesy email, advising to correct shipping details, so as to prevent subsequent claims for packages not received. In terms of the Investigation, It's part of company protocol, namely when packages are claimed non-delivered.
Wait for their response.

yeh i would be careful wit that account tho now maybe time to put some legit orders in too just t keep it sweet for your next refund
