I've done some solo, before, with my pretty crude knowledge.
Just got my first refund for a DNA through Walmart. Not a whole lot but $106. Thanks to mothered for the awesome guide and I'm slowly learning what to say and do to successfully SE

Went through Walmart, placed an order for some trading cards, they arrived, opened them all, waited 48 hours, then contacted them about DNA. They submitted a ticket for a refund, told me to wait 48 hours again. 48 hours go by, I hear nothing, so I got a hold of them again and said it's been 4 days and I really need this to be resolved. Instant refund, and gave me a $25 off coupon on my next order for the inconvenience. Sweet deal.
