I was gone due to vacation but I'm back now

My problem has to do with the screen reselution not fitting for different monitors/Phones.
Here's what I need an answer on:
If I go into the style.css and do this:

body {
margin-right: 20%;
margin-left: 20%;
]

then that would look good on computers, but if I go on my phone, it changes the margin there too which I don't want to! How does this auto resolution work? I don't get it and it is frustrating me!

No I do not have a domain yet, nor do I have hosting. I am for the moment playing around with biz.nf, but I am planning on getting something more legit once I get money haha. I am completely broke.. But I may just have gotten my first payed html site project.

Namecheap has a bunch of really shitty extensions that they've been selling for $0.88 ($1.02 after nigger tax) per domain with free whois protection for a year. You have no idea how many @Oni/Freddy diss domains I have through this promotion. Hosting you can do yourself through freedns or cloudcancer(flare) if autists like @Yagmi are still around.
