Maybe I'm blind but I can't find one anywhere. Many other forums I frequent have a link or button in a thread that will take you to the first unread message in the thread since the last visit. Would that be possible here?

The threads with the arrows near the front indicate that it's an unread thread. And the threads are highlighted as well.

Other forums I utilize have something like this in the top left corner of the thread:



I personally find this convenient when reading threads that have a number of responses I have missed.

I think that the option to sort threads like that would be nice too.

Just bumping this to see if there is any additional interest in the idea. I've had a few threads lately that this feature would make following along much easier

It is. That forum is vBulletin and this one is MyBB. I'm operating under the assumption (that's dangerous) that a plugin of some sort must exist for MyBB to have a similar feature.
