I am currently trying to serial method a razer keyboard. I have provided a fake invoice and all the other details but the rep still wants a photo of the damage. We just got off the live chat where I sent a corrupted image multiple times and am now waiting for him to email me to try to send another. He's persistent that the photo is needed. Any ideas?
