What was the first console you owned?

The first console I ever owned was the Xbox 360, which didn't last very long - I got very upset when it broke, haha. I later got the PS 2 though, as a present (Christmas IIRC - I can't remember the year) from my grandparents.

The first console I ever played on was the PS 1, which I used to go on sometimes when I would go and visit my uncle. That was a very long time ago, I must've been around 6 or 7 years old then (maybe even younger).

Home console? Or Handheld?

Handheld: Sega Game Gear
Console: Nintendo 64

The first console I owned was the PS1.

I also owned the Gameboy as handheld console (which some may not consider as the type of console you're referring to).

Any. Can mention both if you want, but you've already done that.

My first handheld console was the Nintendo DS.

I can't remember if I had a Game Boy or not - my older brother may have had one which I would have probably played sometimes.

probably a PS1, crash bandicoot was my shit

Probably a SNES. Played Yoshi's Island on that shit all day.

I browsed through the nostalgia thread earlier otherwise this would've caused it.

The Panasonic 3DO, Model FZ-1. And no matter how crappy people say that thing is - and the fact that we had a Gamecube, Xbox, and PS2 - I still absolutely love it to this day.

For a handheld, if my memory is right, I think it's a Glacier shell Gameboy Advance, I still have that with a frontlight installed in it - it sure was a nice little handheld.

Original Playstation. Still hands down the best console I've ever used but incredibly outdated at this point.

Sega Genasis
That was one of the first consoles I have ever owned.
