It arrived. I weighed the GPU my self, in it's retail box and the result was 855g.

The "Item" Is just that- the GPU In your case. It seems as though Amazon have Incorrectly documented the details. When you order an Item from any retailer, you're not purchasing (physically paying) the packaging, only (obviously) the Item.
