@Geoff I'm getting confused on that point too but I did ask him if he wants the URL of the image as that would be it's location

You can generate that link by going to send design by email. You could then link to that page on facebook.
That said, to my knowledge, you CANNOT save or link to the image directly. This is not possible because of the way the system appears to be designed. The images are not singular, they use a layer system much like you would in a photoshop .psd file, prior to saving the final jpg. The issue here is that they dont offer you a way to save the final jpg. Its just displaying transparent images on top of images. So i could link you to the wolf image, or the laptop image, but not the two in such a way as they appear in their design editor.
