Hello, i'm new to SE/Refunding, for my "first" time i want to do refund zalando pl. I want to do partial refund. Will order 1 cheap bracelet, a t-shirt and Urbanista Stockholm earbuds. I want to say that earbuds are missing. On web it says they weight 9g + case weights 24g, don't know how much box weights. I've made 1 order before, a year ago for like 30$ on zalando (not refunded) Do you think i will succeed? If i missed something, really sorry, let me know in comments.

Absolutely, Irrespective of the weight of the box for the reasons stated below.

If It's only the earbuds you wish to SE, 9 grams will definitely not register a weight on consignment. Shipping scales do not accurately Increment that weight. Alternatively, a combined weight (Item & case) of 33 grams will also suffice for the missing Item method.
Your account Is also In good standing, so you'll be fine.

You're welcome.

No, you're not hitting the DNA, hence the carrier has no relevance to the missing Item method. In this case, you're claiming that the Item(s) were not enclosed when you opened the box, so It's (seemingly) a manufacturer/factory error. Just make sure that the box does not have any clear film, whereby Its contents can be viewed externally.

In other words, the box must be fully packaged with cardboard, thus there's no way to Identify what's Inside during the packing & shipping process.

In terms of the order quantity, It won't have a negative Impact on your SE.

In fact, It can work In your favor by drawing attention away from the Item you're SEing. For Instance, ordering quite a number of Items Is prone to picking & packing errors, and can also be a little difficult for the warehouse and administration/Invoicing department to trace each Item's movement when assessing your claim.

yeah it's a good practice to order more products instead getting 2 and saying half is missing, anyway u should still be fine,
I did it succesfully, they didn't ask a thing, only sent a statement u have to fill saying what is missing, thats all. They send refund in the next 3 days
