FedEx ground driver here - anything I can do to help? 04-23-2022, 02:01 PM
#1
I work for FedEx ground, I've been there for several years and just discovered this huge se world. I'd love to help with anything if anybody needs it. Let me serve, and provide purpose! I have access to a scanner and scan anything if needed, with little to no questions asked.
And if I posted this in the wrong section, im so sorry!

I'd be interested in hearing about the 'investigation' process that some companies go through. To what extent is the carrier actually involved and to what extent do they contact the driver? I feel like most of the time companies just do not contact the carrier at all.
