Well I've run out of time to work this refund because shithole Best Buy only gives you a 14 day return period. So I'm going to have to return at the store even though I did an empty box and a ftid return and it said they received it on Feb 3rd and it will take up to 10 business days to get it process and an additional 10 business days to be refunded. 
Chargeback is still in early stages also.

I think you've made a wise choice.

You've purchased a laptop not a keyring, so you don't want to risk It.

I will return it and buy it at another store with a longer return time.  Probably Costco as I received a email that refunded me for an empty box today.
