Here I would like to ask what is your favorite brand for making servers, and if you have one you are currently keeping your eye on. Now i'm not talking about your crappy old desktop you turned into a server, I'm asking about professional servers like the Proliant, ThinkServer, PowerEdge, etc. My opinion is that HP makes the best servers. I feel like they give me the best bang for my buck and give me lots of options. I mean Lenovo lets you completely customize everything, but I feel like that's limiting. With HP I have the choice to use whatever RAID setting I want, with Lenovo I have to choose just one. As for Dell, it just never seemed like a choice in my opinion. I've never really been a fan of Dell. As for my favorite server, I just recently set-up a server for a client and it was a HP Proliant DL360P Gen8 server. I looked around and that line of servers really impressed me. So what is SL's opinion on servers?
