-find a template online, if you really need a specific one PM me I have access to a range of templates.
-buy an inkjet printer that can print on inkjet pvc cards (very importqnt that they are the inkjet ones not the normal plastic cards)
-buy a pvc tray compatible with your printer
-optional: buy holograms and/or laminate with plastic.

Cost: around 60 for the printer, 20 for the pvc tray, 20 for the cards and 40 for the holograms. The benefits is that you can make multiple ones, and you won't get scammed.

I do not condom any ilegal uses of what I have outlined above. I would only use it for business cards and or novelty cards.

interesting, but you couldnt make one of those novelty ID card scannable could you? not necessarily for police but the type of scan a store makes when taking your ID for a return.
