Well... Twitter design is more cooler than Facebook, but I don't see anything else that could beat Facebook.

Facebook is better for businesses with their like pages etc. Nothing special.

I enjoy Facebook mostly because;

There's more features, you can personal chat with others.
You get many features, dislike, like, and other rating options.
You can find someone just by typing their name.

Facebook is the biggest social network, remember blogger, MySpace, and some others? I remember those times.
