Provided they're on the Windows platform, I prefer dealing with my victim directly. Downloaded the file and shall view It shortly.
Whilst there are many tools available to convert the script to an executable file, this does a pretty good job: https://sourceforge.net/projects/py2exe/files/
There's a few files In the download, hence the virus scan report of the archive: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/ea050a.../detection
