Basically, you send an empty envelope or package with the same weight to a business that is near the actual company that you bought your item(s) from. When the package is delivered, you wait typically 14 days and the contact the actual company and say it's been 14 days and you haven't got a refund and that you sent back the items, tracking shows it's delivered, etc. Then, if everything is right, they'll refund you.
When doing FTIDv3, make sure to cover all angles for yourself, meaning that you should match the exact weight of what you ordered and send the package to a business that's closest by within the same postcode.

I would recommend promitional matereal, that you usually find in a postbox, then when its delivered, it would be just thrown away without any suspicion.
And have you ever heard of the google maps?
