I told the one company, of which I actually own the item, that I received my item today via UPS. they halted the investigation and repair status. was too risky as my real name was involved.
Funnily enough, the other company called me and told me that UPS cannot find my device and another department will call me in the next few days offering a new device or other compensation methods.
So the FTID turned into an LIT. I'm very lucky to be able to get this result, so whatever you do, don't use boxing services unless you 100% trust your contact!
Ofc the boxing service told me it's all good since I made the failed FTID from them work LOL.
NEVER using one again!
