I have seen different usage of FTID I am still thinking most of the time its just used for refunds but there are companies which as us to send products back can we still try to use shipping label pretend that its delivered ?
Do this really work ?

Also I have seen couple of threads for receipt templates if anyone have templates specifically which works for Logitech US please share them in PM or link if possible or I have tired newegg with Logitech for 4 SE all of them failed .

I am not sure if its the receipt which failed me but ultimately even after providing pictures POP etc they sometimes asked me to send it back , sometimes cancelled the replacement .

Did they specify the reason for the cancellation?
