they guy said he is going to do the boxing and drop it off at hermes collection point, then next day he sent me the drop off receipt , when the hermes guy came to collect, I told him I dropped it off..

i told amazon rep the same thing as well

And how did Amazon respond?

she said, when we get the item back ( 5-7 working days) we will issue a refund...
