For a receipt, I used the Amazon receipt mansion and sent a screenshot. I then got a request for a PDF which I sent but now has the following request:

“ Could you please provide us with the original invoice in the original PDF format as supplied by the retailer?
Please ensure to download the document directly from your Amazon account.”

Not sure if the file name or format should be different … has anyone had a similar response?
