For broken bottle where can you buy them, do they have to look exactly the same?
Total broken bottle like in pieces or just a couple cracks?

Total broken glass is fine. I did in-store return and they didn't care, just threw out my broken glass. Ez refund.

Did you buy the identic bottle or something similar ?

Yeah just buy an empty bottle from ebay, break it in the box and pour some water. should be ez refund.
