Hey 1CE.

First of all: I like that you make a lot programming contributions to the community. Although I'd rather see some code too, but go on like this.

I've made a similar program like this one, when I started getting interested in IT Security. It is a good exercise in learning how the cryptogaphy API of the used language works and--if you implement them yourself, how some algorithms work.

I am sorry that I can't test your program to give you more feedback, but as I stated before, I can't use it in Linux and also not in my Win XP Virtual Machine (currently have no Windows 7 installed).

Some feedback from looking at it though:

Your program is using the terms "crypt" and "decrypt", but offers hashing (like SHA-1) and encodings (like Base64) for which those terms are just wrong. You are even stating that the hash values can't be decrypted, but hash algorithms do not encrypt either.

Why do you have Rijndael and AES at the same time? AES is Rijndael.
Same for ROT13 and Caesar Shift. ROT13 just has a fix key value (which is 13).

i added hashing and encoding..but i named as encrypting as most people thinks that hashing and encoding is under encryption..
I know ROT13 is under Caeser Shift..but not much people know the fact..when they search, they search for ROT13 most of the time, as ROT13 is commonly used,,,so i added it there so that it could help those who dont know that ROT13 is caesar shift with value 13.

That's nothing that makes my point invalid. AES was chosen by competition and Rijndael is the algorithm that won that competition. As a result Rijndael was used for this standard. The standard is more restricting. Rijndael provides more different key lengths, but actually AES is Rijndael (or a subset of Rijndael like said in stackoverflow. I knew that, but simplified it). So there is no point in providing both imho.

People who don't know that ROT13 is a Caesar Shift should learn more before using "hacking tools".

That is just my opinion. I see your point, though.
