It's VB 6 and isn't updated anymore, the owner has stopped due to he wanted to continue with his won game.

Its still updated, with the latest update being the 7th of June. And despite being old VB6 is still a pretty popular language.

You're right, i thought since Robin left there wouldn't be any more updates.
However now it's closed source which won't give room for innovation.

So no thanks.
