Yo, i've saw on some peoples store lists that you can refund things for ebay and the limit is 500 pound and the refund time is 3-7 days!
Anybody know what method this could be?

Probably ftid using eBay's own internal Royal Mail (in the UK) label generator when you request a return. Edit the address on the label, send, and eBay's system will automatically email you after a week or so asking 'did you get your refund for XXX?'. Say no, raise a dispute and it's auto-refunded for you. Pretty quick, no need to wait 14+ days.
Of course this uses the flawed ftid method, but that's what I imagine these boxing services would do. I've done it a few times myself and it's worked perfectly, but I've decided not to use ftid anymore (thanks mothered) !
Edit: Oh and remember not to do this to small sellers on eBay for ethical reasons. Only do large corporations with eBay accounts, e.g. Argos

Totally agree with comment above.
I think it’s important to make sure you only do this to big sellers. Some people this is their side hustle or do it to make ends meet.
Hit the big sellers.
