[possibilities]

Hello
I recently ordered a iPhone from ebay and attempted to refund it
Unfortunately the refund had some complications but im postive that by the end it will go through
Can i sell the phone before the refund has gone through without it getting IMEI Blocked
I need the money urgently right now

Thank you

Really depends, sometimes it will be black listed and sometimes it wont.
Good luck. Also hope you targeted a company and not an individual.

Its a company
