Correct, both.
Friend good morning, can you tell me if Apple asks PR if I try to do EB with Apple Watch ultra?

Apple doesn't request a PR with AirPods, so the same applies to the Apple Watch.

  • IPhone - Sealed box (not Amazon or Apple), wrong Item received, boxing, DNA (non-OTP delivery)
  • Airpods, Apple watch - EB/missing Item (first choice), DNA (non-OTP delivery), boxing
For the apple watch EB from Apple, would it be better to create a new account to order with rather than checking out as a guest or does it not make a difference?

Can confirm was just asked for a PR as well as photos of shipping box and airpods box when EBing airpod pro 2s. They said it was standard Apple procedure (UK)

Even though a new/fresh account doesn't contain a single transaction, It has more credibility than a guest.

Actually they require a PR since a few weeks/months. Not always but they tend to do it a lot more frequently

I ordered AirPods Pro from apple yesterday and got it today.

Did EB and had a good conversation with the rep. He told it must be a Manufacture failure that the airpods and case are missing he said.

After this he said i should send pics from package and the empty box.

Got the email during the call there was one point for police report and i asked if i need one and he said no on the phone because there is no damage in the package so not stolen etc.

After i send the pics i got a reply from another department i think and they said they can only continue if i send the police report.

So i answered that the rep from call said there it is no need.

So got no answer yet, will update.

Strange to me. Did EB of Airpod pro 2's a few weeks ago and it went smoothly. Within 10 minutes was given my refund with no PR needed.

They said that what the rep said was false information?

Should i call again?

As per the comments above, the request for a PR seems to be Inconsistent.
