I called again explaining the situation an escaleted it so the rep says, it need 2-3 days for now.

I said why i need a PR when the package is not damaged and the rep before told me that is a production failure.

I don’t give up so need to penetrate.
Very interesting that they are doing so long about 300€ have an aged account with about 3-4 legit devices.

So it should be good.

Will update. @mothered there was a bug in the app to send back the item (worst case) but now it is possible.
