Heres a tip: be prepared when callling, as in what you are going to say what is wrong with the drone. That way you can explain the issue better. Also if you find yourself in a jam with a hard nose CS employee, pretend to get disconnected from the call and try again. You want to talk with a CS that could care less, not to one that loves there job. Trust me on that.

It's from China but the site is in perfect English and they have warehouses in multiple countries, so you generally don't have to worry about eternally long shipping times. 
They have great customer support (live chat and email) which makes it super easy!

IMPORTANT! Always select Shipping Insurance. It costs $0.50-$0.80 but it increases your chances of a refund, and this includes the shipping insurance you're paying for of course. It also helps when doing legit orders.

I don't know the price/item limit yet as I've only SE'd this site twice. So I recommend starting at a low price and one or two items.

Now I'll explain the method used to get your refund.

Let's say you bought a 100 dollar keyboard from there. Don't worry about signing your package. Wait 2 days after you've received it. On the 2nd day, contact customer support (cservice@banggood.com). Simply tell them your product isn't working and that you've tried everything you could (keep on reading).

Your rep will help you troubleshoot your issue by telling you some steps on how to fix it. Just tell him you tried out everything and it still isn't working. It will take at least a few days because their customer support is SLOW sometimes. I even had to ask them if they were there after they didn't reply to me for a week.

You will be asked to take pictures and videos of your product not working. What I did is, I just unplugged them while keeping the usb cable out of sight. Just answer all of their questions and send them anything they need.

Now you'll tell me:

- But they'll just tell you to ship it back?

The answer is, no they won't because they have millions of actual issues to take care of. So they'll usually refund you straight away to keep you happy.

Now, after a few days you'll be offered a refund or a replacement. Your money will be sent back to you in 3-5 days to your original payment method.

It took me around 2 weeks, but it's been a while since I did it so it might be different now. The quality of the items are good, I use 3 different items everyday.

As for the price, I would start off with a low priced item and go up slowly.
