Both in PC (laptop) and phone doesn't show me or allow me to post a thread. l can't find no button that says so, not even in my profile. Neither do l have the option for uploading a picture in here, weird.

No, it doesn't show at all. Only button that appears is 'new reply' and that is just to logically post a new reply.
