EBay buyer trying to return item #1
Hi,

Some fucker is trying to claim that he recieved a defective item when it was brand new.

As I know rbay has a money back guarentee with the buyer, I don’t really want the item back as the item is now ‘used’ per se, what do I do to ensure I don’t get played by this fucker.

I don’t really want to accept the return to lose the difference of new tk a used item. The oppurtunity cost and long mess of it it’s fucking annoying.

Please inform me what to do.
Hope This Helps

There’s not much you can do, you should have taken videos/pictures before you shipped item to be safe. The buyer may try to ftid you (common method on eBay) so if you don’t receive the package (and tracking shows delivered) report to the carrier and have them investigate /reimburse you (purchase insurance on label). If they ship empty box, make sure to record it before you open it. Other than that you’ll probably lose the battle with eBay, unfortunate cost of doing business.

You should made a research before selling anything on ebay, you know that they mainly are on the buyers side and the sellers always gets screwed. It's kind of funny that there are some members that create topics with title "How to SE Ebay" and after some time they try to sell something on ebay and get reversed SE.
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

I don't answer PM.

Do note that eBay also has Seller Protection, so It's worth looking Into It to see how you're covered In this situation.

There's a fair chance he'll not return it imo. Probably send an empty box or with another old GPU in instead.

Yes, the first thing to do Is contact eBay. As a seller, you are protected.

Please reply when they respond.

just a question, how long does it take until you get your payouts? mine take fucking forever and I've asked them multiple times on how to reduce the time but they wont give me a straight answer.
