i called and told them my package never arrived. the person on the phone told me they would open an investigation and email me back in 72 hours. however i never got an email from them, so i called again 3 days later and my refund was processed.. wonder if they even "investigated" it lol

I'd say the refund was based on the outcome of the Investigation - which was obviously In your favor.
