Many say you need to file a PR with an EB claim. I do not understand why this is necassary for the company or why when refunding you should get law enforcement involved. Care to clue me in?

There's no logic behind It, so don't waste your time trying to make sense of pea-brain reps who request It.

It is not not necessary in reality but it serves 2 purposes for the company. The first is to scare off the faint of heart from performing an SE and the second is to place a limit on how many SEs can be performed by the not so faint of heart.

So EB with PR is not soemthing I can do multiple times?

The average person almost never has to file a PR for this type of thing, If one is filed then it is rare. If you are filing 1 per month or even every 2 or 3 months then it is going to raise eyebrows and im sure the police only see these types of things as an annoyance. What could start as them trying to prevent you from giving them unnecessary paperwork could end up in a thorough investigation which you obviously do not want. Do not abuse PRs, use them tactically like you would a bank chargeback.
