I Se’d a vacuum directly from Dyson, now after a year sometimes it shuts off, if contact their customer service for a repair with the SN, will they notice that they had refunded me for that product? Maybe is it too risky🤔
Someone has experience with this?

No risk at all. Say you got it as a gift.

Saying it was a gift as mentioned above is a good idea. You could also use a different SN from an identical product being on eBay/Facebook.

Saying it was a gift maybe would’t had helped much, because i used their whatshapp channel to perform the SE at the time (but one could use another number…)
Anyway, i just wrote them again on whatshapp and they simply sent me a new engine body, was easy! They didn’t check!
