I found Dyson V15 serial number, opened a chat with them on whatshapp, i told em that i don’t have the vacuum anymore because it smelled bad and stopped working, and my dad throw it away not knowing i was sending it for repair. But they insist they need the vacuum for repair/excange. Any advice from someone that did this? Or any other method?
