Hi,

I have SN’d and fake POP’d a Dyson hoover in warranty, I’m at the point where they have sent out a replacement body for the hoover. Obviously I would like the whole thing as it is useless without the rest lol. I got to this point saying the hoover wa smelling and making a rattling noise. They have of course diagnosed it as just the body.

Any tactics that I could use against them to have them send out a whole replacement? I am trying to go down the route of saying the whole hoover is ruined with suction and battery etc so the main body will not suffice - yet to hear back. But if this fails what could I do? Maybe wait until body comes and then say the issue is still not resolved?
