Hello,

I am planning to buy a Dyson fan with HEPA filter from Best Buy. Is there a way to contact Dyson to send me a replacement without sending mine back?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Tell them you've thrown It out, due to not having the need to keep a defective Item.

this is probably a old thread but were you successful with it? i also own one of the HEPA and would like to know if you successfully SE'D one extra

I stopped replying to them after they insisted on sending someone to repair... Let me know if you have better luck
