That wasn’t quite the way I suggested, I was on about arranging a delivery / collection
Once this is arranged, tell the courier you threw the faulty one away as was broken and they wont care, they wanna make the delivery.
I got a Dyson stick vacuum

So when the courier came, you told him that you don’t have the vacuum, and he did what? He bring a empty box to send back?

He just ticked something on his device and gave me my New vacuum

Also they can’t find where ftid went and find the package itself in some cases?

There are many boxing service's that offers UPS, just do weighted and will work.
