Hi all, i have read many posts about dyson se'ing but they were all referred to dyson vaacum.
I plan to SE a dyson AirWrap v soon, but the weird thing is that many ppl claim that they get insta ref others that they get months of investigation, so what of these two sentences is true?
Also which method will work best? As battery leakeage isn't possible due to the fact airwrap doesn't have a battery inside i suppose. Should i go with EB or dna?
Thanks in advance to all, weight of package with all accessories is around 3,5kg just for infos.

I tried SN with Dyson, investigation took 2 months and I finally gave up. Try PEB, much faster process and worst case - just return it.

Btw yeah i should probably go with peb or eb but could this work also paying by pp or amex?

Yep, i tried Sn saying that my vacuum burned and my parents disposed of it without knowing that i wanted so send back for warranty repair, didn’t work. Tried PEB and worked like a charm.

That wasn’t quite the way I suggested, I was on about arranging a delivery / collection
Once this is arranged, tell the courier you threw the faulty one away as was broken and they wont care, they wanna make the delivery.
I got a Dyson stick vacuum

He just ticked something on his device and gave me my New vacuum

There is no L when it comes to SN. You have basically nothing to lose lol. I just stopped pushing since it’s a lengthy process and reps took ages to investigate such a claim.

The thing is with SE’ing, if one method didn’t work for me it doesn’t mean it won’t work for someone else. I’m just telling you the safest way in my opinion. Good luck!
